The TX Series 24 inch L.C. Series of Industrial Pneumatic Lift trucks were engineered and designed with emphasis on operator and service personnel at the forefront. The TX Series offers basic features such as increased head room and leg room, tilt steering wheel, shock mounted center mounted operator station, CANbus technology for increased head and leg room and operator convenience and comfort, together with fingertip electric joystick controls. The TX Series is available in 5 different wheel bases, so there is definitely a model right for your particular application.
All controls on the machinery are integrated using solid state controllers with J1939 CANbus technology. This configuration allows controllers and sensors the ability to communicate with less wiring between the components. Like for example, I/O modules are great to add consistency to the control system of the machine and utilized to eliminate electromechanical relay devices.
The J1939 CANbus technology enables all equipment data to be accessed through the main color display that is situated inside of the cab. This specific display shows engine data along with warnings, spreader status lights and man and equipment interface data. The functions of the machinery are capable of being tuned through the main display inside the cab. Also, the display allows service personnel to access information required while troubleshooting. Like for example, information like for example controller outputs and sensor status. So as to avoid operator access, the tuning functions are protected by a password.
The TX Series lift trucks have all been equipped with an electronic turbocharged Tier Certified Cummins, that is a charge air to air or after-cooled diesel engine. Some of the basic engine features comprise water/fuel separator, transmission/engine protection systems, maintenance monitor, electronic diagnostic monitor, better fuel economy and less emissions.
The transmission on all TX Series are 3-speed, modulated powershift, fully reversing transmissions. The electric roll shift control and the inching powershift transmission as well as a separate air-to-oil cooler. All of these features add up to a durable and efficient machinery that is highly dependable on the jobsite.
